I know, these look pretty awesome don't they, currently sat in my kitchen, These Crab and lobster are on the menu for tomorrow's Christmas Lunch. along with sweet potatoes, parsnips and plantain.This year I'll be having a nice quite time relaxing at home. some DVDs, bubbly and of course Chocolate are waiting in the wings.
Followed by four days of creative knitting, I've got a stack of new designs rumbling around in my head, so I'm hoping to get a good deal of them knitted up during the holiday season.
So for now, Happy holidays to all of you, and may 2011 be kind, peaceful and cheerful for you all.
