this shade is very similar to the discontinued fawn hat, expect the tone is a little lighter not so warm as the fawn. Seems to be a great neutral shade that will just about go with any colours from your autumn winter wardrobe.

New stone coloured chunky hat
this shade is very similar to the discontinued fawn hat, expect the tone is a little lighter not so warm as the fawn. Seems to be a great neutral shade that will just about go with any colours from your autumn winter wardrobe.
You might already know, but I'm a sucker
I've just bought these on-line.
for a few years now, I've been a bit off on wearing black boots, but recently I pulled out a pair of black boots that I've had for nearly 20years, and have totally fallen in love with them again. So before I wear them out for good, I went a searching. For now I've found these, delivery is tomorrow, and I'm praying they fit nicely into my upper ankle, and don't have that annoying gap between leg and boot.

Red Velvet hoodie
this was a custom order, and I wondered will it really look nice in red, but gosh i'm really surprised at how nice it looks, especially with my red boots. :)

Honies I'm home
After a night of travelling some 12hrs later, I arrived home just a few hours ago, I couldn't wait to upload some new images of a few pieces I knitted whilst sat in the Greek sun.
The sweater has been on the go since December, and finally I finished it.
The waistcoat is an old fav of mine, and this shade yarn is slightly different to that which I've used in the past.
And the cowl is just a revamp of the click collars, but this one is a double cowl scarf. for those colder more scarf needy days.
I've also begun a new poncho type sweater, which has huge potential for development, but I ran out of yarn, so I'll have to get on with this once I've caught up on my outstanding orders.
Anyway, there's nothing more lovely than knitting in the early morning sun, next to the pool in a bikini. Bliss.

Some Sweaters
Here's a couple of new shades both were custom orders, but sadly the Mustard yellow can't be re-created as that shade is now discontinued and the stock I have is dedicated to another jacket.
But the blue sweater is the same design as this cream http://www.etsy.com/listing/77456557/cotton-and-linen-mix-throw-on-sweater
this yarn also comes is other shades of blue, lilac, yellow, and red which I'm very tempted to buy, but lord I have so much yarn I'm not sure i could add to it right now. So I'll have to wait and hopefully a customer will request a red throw on sweater. :)

VACATION VACATION VACATION
YEAH I've booked a VACATION for the first time in some years, I'm taking a full whole week off, and heading to the sunny skies of Greece on 6th September.
I won't be closing my store entirely, but any orders placed from tomorrow 26th August onwards will require an additional 7 - 10 days to process.

a couple of new staples
The grey poncho is very similar to the Grey yarn used in the Grey Wraparound jacket, but this has a mix of Merino, and alpaca fibres. it's sooooft.
The shrug, is kid mohair and silk, which is even softer, it's a strange shade, when worn it looks cream, but when put next to a cream is looks more like a light taupe, kind of silvery beige.
Anyway it's pretty either way.
