Mr iLE AiYE and I headed off to a riverside pubhttp://thecrabtreew6.co.uk/ , just up the road from home, a relaxing bite to eat, followed by a sit down on the walk-way next to the river, the image of the river looks a little bleak, but after many weeks of dull wet weather in London, this was heaven for us today. Rounded off by a lay down in our local park, I think today was just what the doctor ordered, to re-charge our batteries.

What a gorgeous spot! Nothing like a good 'escape'. I keep telling myself to go and get a manicure, and a good hand soak in something nice ...
