Looking cool

This morning Rachel sent me a couple of piccies of her wearing the oatmeal cropped cardi
http://www.etsy.com/listing/51395472/cropped-oatmeal-tweed-cardigan I have to say, it looks bloody lovely on her, and as I've said before when seeing my knits worn on their new owners, it brings the biggest smile to my face, so this was a real treat for me this morning.

Happy Birthday to me.

Candy Cakes mini cupcake bath bomb set of three In SUMMER LOVE

Yes today sees me age just a little bit more, not such a bad thing, cause with every day i become a little wiser, which is a good job, cause i'm not the sharpest pencil in the box.
Anyway i'll be relaxing this evening, shopping later in the afternoon, for tiles to finish off my fireplace, which will aid in the finishes touches to my living room, and this morning, I've been working. The weather is bright, and life is good, so in all, yep a happy day.

This is possibly the last pair

grey yellow Romantic Gloves LAST PAIR

Gosh this is certainly a week of discontinued yarns, I've just had a little rummage in my stash of yarns, and it appears I now only have enough yarn to make one more pair of these yellow/grey romantic gloves.
I have found this yarn in a store on the internet, and bought their remaining stock, but until tomorrow, when I can phone the store to confirm my order, it looks like this is the last pair.

Back from my hols

So I'm back in London, after spending 4 lovely days with my family, batteries are now recharged, and I've hit the road running.
I stupidly didn't take a whole bunch of pictures, but did manage to get a few shots of the Conwy estuary and Conwy castle, This is the route and view which I see when heading to my brothers place. Conwy is basically a very small castle town, with all the shops'and weekly market set inside the castle walls, if ever you're in the North Wales area, it's definitely worth stopping off for a little stroll, and a cream tea. http://www.conwy.com/
