Pre Birthday Wishes to my darling Mum.

It's my mums birthday next week, so when I spotted these amongst a treasury I was featured in, they immediately sparked an inner will to buy them for my mum.
Anyway not being such a flippant shopper these days, I decided to place them in my favourites. On Sunday morning, i browsed over them and convinced she'd love them, dispite me not normally buying her jewellery, i placed my order.
Oma of Anakim, convo'd me within the hour, and said she'd post them that day. from Israel. I thought they'd have a chance of reaching my mum by Next Thursday. So I was grateful for her quick response.
To my utter shock, today just 4 days after ordering, my mum phoned, she'd received her earrings, was totally happy with them, and we were both in shock at how fast the little parcel of loveliness had reached from Israeli in just 4 days.
I'm still waiting for yarn ordered last week and it's coming from Scotland. URGGHHH. !!!

etsy FP

Some mornings I wake up early, and this morning was one of them, well this is because yesterday I was to tired, so I had a long nap in the afternoon, I woke at 5pm, worked till 3am this morning, then had an hours nap, the tv woke me up at 4.30am, with some stupid music. when I checked into etsy, I didn't mind this music so much, as I found myself on the FP, in this lovely treasury curated by one of my team mates, south paw studios,

I got a sale and a reserved order from it. so it's funny how one thing leads to another, ie: a long nap in the afternoon, a short nap in the middle of the night, then awake to dance happily to an FP feature.

Blue version of the black tank

So this blue tank is on it's way to Austria, my customer who commissioned the black tank, back in August. loved it so much she requested a blue one for her sister's birthday, which will be in November. Hopefully the post men will get it there in time. Don't snigger, I've been waiting on some yarn since 8th September. the post is driving me crazy, but hopefully I'm now one step ahead, as i've stocked up on all my yarns, and well, all I can say is it's very warm in my little flat, we've not had to put the heating on yet. Thank heavens for wool. ;-)

Yes, I'm still here.

Somewhere under a pile of ready to ship garments, knitting needles, and yarn galore, I'm still here, just.

This lovely treasury made it to Etsy's front page on Friday night, curated by Paisley Chainsaw a UK based jewellery artist. here's a link to her shop. take a peek if you have a minute.
i'm not sure of the stats received from this FP, but I did wake up to 7 sales.
