2010, has rolled in nice off the back of 2009, I really thought that the christmas rush would come to a grinding halt within my store, but it seems to have rapidly picked up momentum and has me busy for another two weeks solid on orders. I have some lovely customers, and even got to speak with one lady on the phone the other day, she made an afternoon call from Miami, as she'd just received the shrug above, and loved it so much she wanted some more in other colours. And then there's another customer who truely gets my way of working, and often commissions me to knit something special, we're now working together on a new cowl/scarf idea based around my 'click it' range.
Which I can't wait to see the finished result and to share it with you.
I'm also thrilled to have sold my first Chunky Hoodie, Which was freshly designed and knitted just a week ago.
I have loads of ideas for the coming months, so when I have a spare afternoon, my needles and me will be working hard to get some of them created.
But for now, I'm utterly busy.
